Sunday, April 18, 2010, 3:45 p.m.-  CGS of St. Louis will hold our chapter annual meeting in the lower assembly room of the Ethical Society of St. Louis.  The speaker will be Professor James Bohman of St. Louis University, author of the recently published book DEMOCRACY ACROSS BORDERS as well as many other writings on global justice and universal political rights.  We will have a catered turkey dinner as usual.  More details will be
provided in our next newsletter, but put this date on your calendar now and plan to invite others to come too.  This talk will be about the fundamentals of world citizenship and global democracy.

Saturday, May 8, 2010, 10:15 a.m. The regular meeting of the board of CGS of St. Louis will be held at the World Community Center, 438 North Skinker Blvd., St. Louis MO 63130 followed at noon by the Partners for Global Change national conference phone call.  These meetings are open to all.  If you plan to stay for the Partners call, you should bring a sack lunch
to eat during the call.

Wednesday May 19 to Saturday May 22 – The annual national CGS convention will be held in Washington DC.  For details see <http://www.globalsolutions.org&gt;.  Anyone intending to attend should contact Ron Glossop at 314/869-2303.
